YOU MUST FILL OUT THE RETURNS FORM BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING TO US.

 

Please return all items within 14 days in the packaging with the hygiene tag still attached.

If you experience any issues with the hair, the full product must be returned to EOS Extensions within 6 weeks from the purchase date to be eligible for an exchange. This policy is in place due to the consumable nature of human hair during use.

 

Please note, longer lengths (26 inches and above) may experience additional tangling at the ends due to their length. These extensions require extra care, and EOS EXTENSIONS will not accept returns based on this factor.

 

Any faulty items should be reported to EOS EXTENSIONS within 48 hours of receipt.

 

We cannot process exchanges for items reported as faulty after 6 weeks.

 

For the longevity of your extensions, please refrain from using heat tools above 180 degrees.

 

Any coloring, toning (including silver or purple shampoo), or alteration of the extensions is done entirely at the customer’s own risk. We will not test, refund, or exchange extensions that have been altered, nor will we accept returns of hair that has been modified in any way. All extensions must be returned in their original color and condition.

 

We do not guarantee the performance of our extensions in warmer climates or on holiday, particularly due to risks such as discoloration from pool chlorine and damage caused by excessive heat. We strongly recommend avoiding chlorine and seawater exposure, as this can damage both the hair and its color.

 

Please note, EOS EXTENSIONS does not cover the cost of return shipping, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover these fees.

 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
